  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (contains milk)

Instructions:

Prep your ingredients: Wash and thinly slice the cucumber into half-moons. Chop cilantro. Microwave edamame for 45 seconds, drain, season with salt and pepper. Make a sauce by mixing sweet soy glaze and Sriracha in a bowl.

Assemble the salad: In the edamame bowl, combine shredded red cabbage and carrots, cucumber slices, sesame dressing, and half the cilantro.

Cook the rice: Fluff the rice in its packet, add butter, and microwave according to package instructions. Fluff again with a fork.
