A creative plant-based food truck with inventive takes on classic Scottish fare and other vegan comfort cuisine was launched by Gemma Costa and Marta Negro.

In an interview with The Scotsman, Judge Gaby Soutar commended the dishes from Planet G, saying, “Vegan food isn’t usually my first choice, as the younger generation would say.”

Their sales have resulted in a significant reduction of CO2 emissions, and their plant-based haggis burger has a much smaller carbon footprint than its meat version.
